We have highly sophisticated CNC Controlled Label printing machines like our 7 Color UV Flexo-line (recently imported from Europe). This plant is totally loaded with on line lamination, varnishing, die cutting, slitting, COLD Stamping unit (first time in India) with online cameras. In addition to this we also have two 7 color UV Letterpresses from South Asia, Hot foil presses from England, and many other allied machineries. By Using Super Computer Register Control System, we are able to achieve a accurate registration and fast simple operation We recently added the latest 100% defect detection system from Futec (Japan). This new system for quality control has inbuilt cameras that scan all printed material for defects before dispatch of goods to the client.

We have also recently introduced Online Process Management System (PMS) from BST Germany.  This is first of its kind in India and provides features such as Online Color Monitoring, Defect Detection and Bar Code inspection.
